Please review the Cross Connection Bylaw 163 that is posted under Rates & Policies.  All ratepayers with a secondary source of water will be required, by law, to install a TESTABLE back-flow prevention device at the homeowners expense.  Those ratepayers known to have wells will be notified by the district.  Any homeowners that do have a well are encouraged to notify the district to start the process.
